This product is not known to cause constipation with use.
Symptoms of possible low iron levels are:  anemia, depression, low energy, chronic candida, dizziness upon rising, etc.
Ingredients:  Vitamin C 50 mg, Forte 200 mcg.,  Vitamin B12. 50 mcg.  Iron ferro helps 27 mg (150% RDA), Don Quai Root 100mg., Red Raspberry Leaf 100mg, 
Dose:  1 daily with meals for anemia
